Joe Todd, owner of The Rusty Plow, has donated a framed Ohio State National Championship print featuring Urban Meyer and Ezekiel Elliott to The Friends of Bliss Memorial Public Library. The Friends of Bliss Memorial Public Library will be raffling off the item, with a drawing date of December 14th. Tickets are available at the library and are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00, all proceeds go to The Friends of Bliss Memorial Public Library, which in turn supports the library.
